I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a certified NASM Personal Trainer. I am dedicated to helping women achieve their health and wellness goals. I know how hard it is to find time to dedicate to yourself, get better organized and take care of your mind and body. I can help you achieve better health using nutrition and lifestyle suggestions.

I wanted to take back my life and not consider myself "just a mother" but I didn't know where to start. Until a turning point came in my life…
Today I live in Redmond (WA) with my husband and three children.
I am an active person, I love to exercise, to cook, and to stay in the nature.
My husband and I left Italy in 2011 to start our life together here in the USA.
In 2014, one of the most beautiful and intense periods begins for a woman like me who has always wanted to have children. A phase where you stop being at the center of your life, your ideas, your desires, your time, your will.
Before the pandemic broke out I had started to ask myself questions about my future.
What will I do when the children are at school?
It is wonderful to be a wife and mother, but I felt that I wanted to give further meaning to my life.
I wanted to dedicate myself to something that I really liked, that filled my heart, and that allowed me to help others and manage my time independently.
So, I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and became a Health Coach.
It was a big step for me because, after a long time, I finally felt like not just a mother and a wife.
I was rediscovering myself and my worth!
To be able to help better my clients I become a NASM Personal Trainer too.
I believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. I strive to help my clients achieve this state by providing personalized coaching that addresses all aspects of their health.
I offer a range of services to support my clients' health goals, including one-on-one coaching and or personal training, grocery store tours, pantry clean up, walking and/or exercising groups, recipes sharing and cooking together.
My services are designed to be flexible and customizable, so that my clients can choose the option that best fits their needs.
